Central Division T1ER Showcase kicks off one week from today!

The North American Prospects Hockey League (NAPHL) is thrilled to announce the schedule for the Central Division T1ER Showcase, set to take place January 31 through February 2, 2025, at the UPMC Lemieux Sports Complex in Cranberry Township, Pennsylvania, with additional games hosted at the RMU Island Sports Center.

This event marks the sixth and final showcase of the 2024-25 T1ER League season, leading into the Dixon Cup Championship, scheduled for February 14-17 in Troy, Michigan. The weekend promises to be a pivotal moment for 16U and 18U teams as they compete for final standings positions heading into the playoffs.

“This season of the T1ER League has been remarkable, with our teams consistently going toe-to-toe with some of the best in the country. This is evident not only in the T1ER schedule but also in their regular season matchups,” said Dennis Vickers, Director of Player Personnel and Director of the NAPHL. “The Central Division has developed incredible rivalries over the years, with several Dixon Cup Champions coming from this division. Adding guest opponents like Pittsburgh Pens Elite, Cleveland Barons, Buffalo Jr. Sabres, Seacoast Performance Academy, Pittsburgh Vengeance, South Hills Panthers and Gilmour Academy will further elevate the level of competition. The NAHL, NA3HL, and NCAA scouts in attendance will have plenty of top-tier hockey to evaluate.”

To date, 34 players from the T1ER League have signed tender agreements with North American Hockey League teams, highlighting the league’s role as a leading development platform for young talent.
