12U: The Tri-State Spartans and Hartland Huskies clashed in a thrilling shootout, with the Huskies emerging victorious 4-3. Hartland struck early, scoring twice within 30 seconds of one another to kick off the game. Tri-State fought back to tie it up before the first period ended and would go on to score the next three straight goals. With under five minutes left in regulation, Paul Eskola netted the equalizer, forcing overtime. After a scoreless extra period, Edward Olivo and Eskola each scored their second goals of the game to seal the win for Hartland in the shootout. 

13U: CarShield dominated Game 1 of the event, defeating the Pittsburgh Stars 6-3. After a 1-1 tie at the end of the first period, the St. Louis squad exploded in the second, scoring three goals in a flurry. The scoring didn’t stop in the third, with both teams netting two goals apiece. Michael Pitcher and Jack Fischer led the charge offensively, each with multi-point performances. Pitcher scored two goals and added an assist, while Fischer also netted two goals of his own.

14U: The Philadelphia Little Flyers kicked off strong, edging out CarShield 3-2 in a thrilling nail-biter. Scoring was quiet through the first two periods, with each team finding the net once, heading into the third tied 1-1. Mason Stallings was the standout, scoring both the game-winning goal and an insurance goal, marking his second two-goal performance of the T1ER season to secure the win for his team. 

15U: The Vegas Jr. Golden Knights pulled off a win over Philadelphia Hockey Club in a shootout thriller, the final score being 3-2. After each team scored once in the first period , Vegas would take a 2-1 lead thanks to Ethan Uster who found the back of the net after a pass from Keenan Posiviata, Keena’s second point of the game. PHC’s leading scorer Grady Reilly tied things up, forcing the game to OT. With either team unable to score in the OT period, Gavin Perkins propelled his team to victory.

16U: The New Jersey Titans secured an overtime win, defeating the Seattle Kraken 4-3. The game was a back-and-forth battle, with three different players scoring for Seattle. For the Titans, Corrado DiFiore was on fire, delivering his best performance of the season with a hat trick and one assist. The Shrewsbury, NJ native opened the scoring and added his second goal in the final period. He continued to ride the wave of momentum, becoming the hero with the overtime winner at 2:58.

18U: PHC earned an overtime win over the Wasatch Renegades, earning a 3-2 victory. The Philadelphia squad took an early lead, heading into the second period up 1-0. Wasatch responded when their leading scorer, Gavin Hanna, netted his 8th goal of the season to tie the game. After the Renegades went up 2-1, PHC’s Marc Nicastro answered less than three minutes later to even the score. Nicastro wasn’t done yet, scoring the game-winner just over three minutes into overtime to seal the victory.
