T1ER West NAHL Experience Weekend Hits Janesville October 17–20

The North American Prospects Hockey League (NAPHL) is proud to partner with the Janesville Jets organization to host the NAHL Experience / T1ER West Showcase, coming to Janesville, Wisconsin, October 17–20. The event will be held at the newly opened Woodsman’s Sports and Convention Center as part of its inaugural season.

The event will feature 18 teams across the 18U and 16U divisions, bringing together top talent from across the T1ER League, as well as regional guest opponents for a weekend of high-level competition and exposure. This highly anticipated showcase marks the kickoff of the NAHL Experience Series for the 2025-26 T1ER season, giving players the opportunity to experience the next level of junior hockey firsthand.

Operating under USA Hockey’s Tier 1 National Bound rostering rules, the NAPHL’s T1ER League continues to redefine exposure for its participants through the NAHL’s premier recruiting events, each year attracting hundreds of college and junior scouts from across North America over the course of the season.

NAHL Commissioner Mark Frankenfeld shared his excitement about bringing the NAPHL to Janesville, saying:

“The Janesville Jets have served as a cornerstone organization in the North American Hockey League since 2009, and we are excited to extend the NAPHL’s footprint into Wisconsin. With the opening of the Woodman’s Center, the league is thrilled to host our event as part of this new arena’s inaugural season. The organization and city’s commitment to developing the next generation of hockey players has been evident over the past 15 years, and we look forward to seeing the next wave of athletes advance in Janesville.”

NAHL Experience Weekends offer players far more than just games, they deliver a true taste of junior hockey life. From competing in NAHL markets, and touring team facilities, to sitting in the stands for live NAHL action, players gain a front-row experience of the speed, intensity, and atmosphere that define the next level. Even more, these events provide invaluable exposure to NAHL coaches and scouts, giving players a chance to showcase their game in the same environment they aspire to play in.

NAHL Games in Janesville:
As part of the NAHL Experience Weekend, the Janesville Jets will host the Wisconsin Windigo for a two-game home stand at the Woodsman’s Center. Game times are scheduled for Friday at 7:30 PM CST and Saturday at 7:05 PM CST.
