T1ER announces USPA Peak Performers for September 2023

The North American Prospects Hockey League (NAPHL) announced its US Performance Academy T1ER League Peak Performers for the month of September. The players were selected based upon their performance during the T1ER regular season games played at the September event in Blaine, MN.

 

T1ER 18U

Forward: Kyle Sorensen, Omaha Mastery – Omaha 18U forward Kyle Sorensen had nine points (7 goals, 2 assists) in four games played as Omaha posted a 3-1 record at the opening event.

Defense: Eli Fox, Tri State Spartans – Tri State defenseman Eli Fox had six points (1 goal, 5 assists) in four games played as the Tri State Spartans posted a 3-1 record at the opening event.

Goalie: Zander Harp, Vegas Jr. Golden Knights – Vegas goalie Zander Harp posted a 2-0-0 record at the first event in Blaine, as he stopped 72 of a possible 76 shots for a .941 save percentage and 1.33 goals against average.

 

T1ER 16U

Forward: Nick Kasich, New Jersey Jr. Titans – New Jersey 16U forward Nick Kasich recorded 10 points (7 goals, 3 assists) in four games as he helped the Titans to an undefeated 4-0 record at the first event in Blaine.

Defense: Anthony Eertmoed, Seattle Jr. Kraken – Seattle defenseman Anthony Eertmoed had three points in four games, which included two goals and an assist as Seattle posted a 1-3 record during the opening event.

Goalie: Peyton Million, New Jersey Jr. Titans – New Jersey goalie Peyton Million posted a 2-0 record during the first event as he made 46 saves on 46 shots in two games for a ,954 save percentage and 1,00 goals against average.

 

T1ER 15U

Forward: Mason Majewski, Madison Capitols – Madison forward Mason Majewski had eight points (3 goals, 5 assists) in four games played as the Capitols sit in 1st place after one event with a 2-1-1 record.

Defense: Matthew Clarke, CarShield AAA – CarShield defenseman Matthew Clarke had three points in four games at the first event, which included two goals and an assist for CarShield, who went 1-2-1 in the first four games.

Goalie: Patrick Murphy, Philadelphia Hockey Club – Murphy appeared in two games posted a 1-1 record at the opening event. He stopped 64 of 71 shots in the two games, which was good for a .890 save percentage.

 

T1ER 14U

Forward: Strider Carhart, New Jersey Jr. Titans – Carhart opened the season with four points (1 goal, 3 assists) in four games played for the 0-4 Titans.

Defense: Sam Snyder, Omaha Mastery – Snyder had five points in four games played during the opening event as Omaha posted a 2-1-1 record. That included a goal and four assists.

Goalie: Anthony Salazar, Anaheim Ice Dogs – Salazar made 34 saves on 38 shots at the opening event in Minnesota. Despite going 0-2, he allowed just four goal in two games played.
