East Showcase concludes in Sewell, NJ

The fifth event of the North American Prospects Hockey League (NAPHL) T1ER League concluded on Sunday, December 3rd in Sewell, NJ, as each 18U and 16U team played one final game. with the East Showcase as the 18U teams each played in two games, while the 16U teams each had one.

18U T1ER: Nolan Murphy scored twice and added two assists as the Pittsburgh Vengeance knocked off the Northeast Generals 8-2. Camden Martin also added two goals in the win. William Brown registered a hat trick as the Maine Nordiques defeated the Valley Forge Minutemen 4-1. The Philadelphia Little Flyers edged out Team Maryland by a score of 4-3. Cody Tatar scored twice while Charles Leuthold chipped in two helpers. Six second period goals led the New Jersey Jr. Titans to a 8-4 win over the Mercer Chiefs. Francesco Donahue had two goals and an assist while Braylen Tuff, Cooper Willson and Samuel Strand each had two points for the Titans. Kevin Walton and Thomas Pisano both scored two goals as the Philadelphia Hockey Club knocked off the Philadelphia Revolution by a score of 6-3. 

16U T1ER: Liam Slattery turned aside all 36 shots that came his way to pick up the shutout as the Philadelphia Hockey Club blanked the Maine Nordiques 5-0. Ethan Coots registered four points while Joey Catana and Ryan Frey both scored twice for Philly. In a wild contest between New Jersey and Florida, Ryan Tartaglione had a hat trick while Christian Gallagher had four points in the Jr. Titans 8-5 win over Florida. Alexander Vasilyev notched two goals and an assist in the loss. Michael Conneen, Jacob Warner, Connor Davis and Braeden Graham all scored and had multi point games as the Philadelphia Little Flyers beat the Pittsburgh Vengeance 4-3. Blake Umberger closed out the event with a hat trick as his Palmyra Black Knights defeated the Northeast Generals 5-1.
